Tastemaker is a simulation and analytics tool for music scouting. During this test phase, all currency, wallet balances, and "investments" within the app are virtual and hold no real-world monetary value. Participation in this beta does not entitle the user to financial compensation or equity.2. Intellectual Property & Non-Disclosure
This is a closed beta of a proprietary concept. By accessing the Tastemaker app, you acknowledge that the underlying logic, the "Tastemaker Score" algorithm, the portfolio yield mechanics, and the unique UI/UX are the exclusive property of Tastemaker.Anti-Plagiarism: Users are strictly prohibited from reverse-engineering, copying, or "borrowing" the app's core mechanics or data-led scouting concepts for use in competing projects.Confidentiality: As a member of the Beta Testing Pool, you agree not to share screenshots, internal logic, or proprietary data publicly without written consent.3. Beta Limitations & "As-Is" Status
Tastemaker is provided on an "As-Is" basis. As this is a testing phase, we do not guarantee 100% uptime or data accuracy. We reserve the right to reset "virtual wallets" or leaderboard scores at any time to recalibrate the system.4. User Conduct
We reserve the right to remove any user from the beta program who engages in "gaming" the system through exploits or who violates the spirit of the community.
